Return & Refund Policy

At GloryKit, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the personal hygiene and safety nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we maintain a strict no return and no exchange policy.

No Return Policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements for products once delivered.

This policy is in place to ensure product safety, hygiene, and quality standards for all customers.

Exceptions

A replacement or resolution may only be provided if:

  • You received a wrong product, or
  • The product arrived damaged or leaked

In such cases, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear unboxing video
  • Product images

Without a proper unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not applicable. Approved refund cases (if any) will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed may not be cancelled after dispatch.
